Carolina works with clients to develop evidence-led strategies that are measurable and achievable, leaning on her extensive experience in strategy development, policy research and policy evaluation.
Carolina is skilled in using quantitative and qualitive methodologies to product insights that inform decision making, and leading the stakeholder engagement required to produce strategies with widespread consensus. Carolina leads the design and delivery of evaluation projects that assess the impact of strategies and programmes across a variety of sectors, including skills, labour markets and economic development. She in an expert in communicating evaluation outcomes to a wide range of audiences, from policymakers to beneficiaries, demonstrating impact and providing actionable recommendations.
Carolina is also in leading complex socio-economic analyses, using data and evidence to create engaging place narratives, present compelling cases for change, and attract investment from both public and private sectors. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in International social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she developed exceptional research and analytical skills to support evidenced based approaches in public and private organisations.
