Kealan has considerable experience delivering complex, socio-economic analyses to inform wider policy. His role involves leading the delivery of analyses that inform economic and industrial strategies in addition to advancing the analytical capabilities of the business. He has particular expertise in the manipulation and visualisation of intricate datasets and the undertaking of spatial analytics.

Kealan has a BSc in Geography from the University of Exeter, where he built his skills in spatial modelling, GIS and statistical analysis. Before working at Metro Dynamics, Kealan was a Technical Consultant at the Ordnance Survey, where he analysed a wealth of spatial datasets to inform policy and understand social change. Previous work includes analysing the housing market patterns associated with infrastructure expansion and assessing the key drivers within cities that attract investment and maximise growth.
